Shipping policy
At Nourish & Flourish, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
If your store offers free shipping, the applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information. If you believe your package has been lost, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
