At Nourish & Flourish, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used moisturizers.
Returns & Refunds
- All moisturizer sales are final once the product has been opened or used.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened due to health and safety regulations.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request assistance for a damaged or incorrect order, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Allergic Reactions
Individual skin types and sensitivities vary. We recommend performing a patch test before applying the product to larger areas of your skin.
We are unable to provide refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction related to individual results. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
